About Me:

I was born and raised on Oahu, and graduated from Waipahu High. I am currently in the military and stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC. I have made the military a career and currently in 7th Special Forces Group.

Interests:

Spending time with da ohana, going to the beach, training MMA and working out with the wife, and riding motorcycles.

Favorite Music:

Growing up in Hawaii you can't help but jam to Hawaiian music. So all Hawaiian music from old school like Kalapana, C&K, and IZ to Natural Vibrations, Three Plus, and Fiji is what I love to listen to not to mention reggae. I also like to kicked it to hip-hop, r&b, and some rock music too.

Favorite Movies:

My favorite movie of all time has got to be Enter The Dragon with Bruce Lee. But I normally love watching mostly actions flicks.

The Unit, UFC, The Ultimate Fighter, and Rob and Big

Favorite Books and Magazines:

I think this section should be favorite magazines instead. The last book I read was Black Hawk Down. But I normally read all MMA mags, and have read BJ's book a few times already.

Heroes:

The people I consider heroes are the ones who have a big impact in my life. And they are my dad, for making me the man I am today. My mom, for being the foundation and rock of our family, and my wife for being the most understanding and loving woman a man like me can have. And BJ Penn for being a positive role model to all kids that look up to him and for representing the people of Hawaii.
