looking for an edge
I'm 46 years old, and I do believe my best competitive days are behind me. But, I am training harder right now than I ever have. Part of the reason is that I train a lot smarter now. Two years ago, I earned a personal trainer certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, based out of Pheonix. They are the guys that run an elite rehab facility for pro athletes.
