Forrest looked great. Rampage looked to be hurt after the 2nd round. Forrest out worked him and Got the decision. Good call. Juanito must feel stupid now. He said he would retire if Forrest beats Rampage. Rampage also said that He would bet his whole Purse that the fight wouldn't go to a decision.....Awkward lol

Great fight, I was really pulling for Forrest since I respect his hard work and drive so much. The purse thing is akward, if I was Rampage I would just give Forrest a fake Guucci purse and hope he doesn't call him out on it.

Total BS.

I was going for Forrest but Rampage was robbed.
Made all of us watching feel sick.
The ufc continues to lose credibility

Sorry that you feel that Rampage was "Robbed". He wasn't robbed in my opinion. It was a close fight. Forrest landed Waaay more than Rampage but Rampage had the harder strikes. One could make the argument that the 2nd round was a 10-8 round for Forrest. He hurt Rampage pretty bad with those leg kicks and then spent the rest of the fight in top mount landing strikes. The only time Rampage came close to finishing the fight was when he dropped Forrest in the first. Forrest was constantly throwing and trying to make something happen and almost had Rampage in a couple submissions.

anyone who thinks Rampage got robbed.......Cough (BRYAN) are you serious????? What in the hell is wrong with you? even if the fight was close which it wasnt being that RD 2 was definetly a 10 - 8 round for Forrest. I also give Forrest Rds 3 and 5 10-9. Rampage gets 1 and 4, not to mention the fact that Forrest was constantly busy and he disabled Rampage the whole fight. I bet Rampage dont walk for a week!!!!! Forrest was on that leg the whole fight. If your a fighter you know you cant throw much of a punch with out your legs. I think its SAD that people are so negative saying that the fight was fixed.....On another note I agree that Juanito needs to put his foot in his mouth! but whats even funnier is I bet Forrest wishes he took Rampages bet when he said theyre fight wont go to no decision, he said hed bet his whole purse on it!!!! Well I dont know I think it was a great fight, the right guy one, and whats great is it really opens up the light heavy division. cant wait to see Anderson Silva and Rampage assuming he gets through Irving, or a Rampage VS. Wandi rematch the possibilities are endless. I also think Forrest VS. Jardean Rematch would be a great title fight if The Dean of Mean can make his way up there, I know forrest wants that one back, especially now. WE'LL SEE!! Oh and Santana I like where your head is at bro!!! I gotta wonder how anyone could see it any different! I love Rampage and I will say he lost fair and square...

Hey I said i was going for forrest. and i wanted him to win but not like this. but "it is not boxing or point sparing" as i said. You need to ask yourself who you would rather be at the end of each round. and lets get this straight 10-8 round for leg kicks??????? you must be kidding. The crowd booed rampage in - (obviously a lot of forrest fans) but they also booed the result.

The 10 - 8 round and I dont know if you were watching but it would be Round 2, and that would be after the leg kick when forrest mounted and proceeded to attempt chokes and ground and pound for about 3 and a half min........I would say thats a 10 - 8 round........Not for nothing but watch the fight again. if you analyze the two, yes this is probably disappointing for Rampage fans. If you are an MMA fan you know 25 min with Rampage is a well executed fight plan. Forrest himself said he would most likely not knock out Rampage but he would hit him alot and he did, if they kept punch/kick stats like in boxing, Rampage landed more devistating punches but I would say Forrest might have trippled the amount of punches Rampage threw, he also landed more punches and kicks, he had two take downs and the 10 - 8 2nd round. If you really think about it it was a worth while fight man.

i was screaming for forrest to posture and rain down! rampage said he took the time to rest and recover and thats why he upped the tempo rnd3. i was watching the fight with a black belt and two brown bjj plus. it was not just me that saw what happened. give me those kind of chokes all day long.

bryan did you even see the fight live or are you posting after reading on the net? forrest dominated 3 of 5 and 2nd was 10-8 or could've been 10-7 rampage got caught then pounded on the whole round. Might not have been an "exciting" fight for the fans who don't know mma but for hardcore fans who train and know whats going on that was one hell of a fight!

OK buddy you posture up when you have a guy like Rampage mounted!! I dont care who you watched the fight with, It could have been a Pink belt for all I care. Traditional BJJ and MMAJJ are really not comparable. Its not as easy to do anything when a guy is trying to hit you, especially a guy like Rampage!!! Even in traditional Jiu Jitsu its not easy to stay mounted and keep good posture on someone that is bigger and or stronger than you. Rampage is freakishly strong you cant make a mistake with a guy like that, he did the right thing by keeping control. I guess Im glad that you and your buddies didnt score the fight then someone might have got robbed....... Well said Judo Chop.
