He is too lazy to train well. He belongs at 155. But with his shit work ethic he wont be more than a gatekeeper for 2 years at best.
His pride is hurt as much as his face and ribs right now. He wont show face for a long time.
It is a sad thing. The world would be hard pressed to find somebody like BJ Penn again in the MMA realm. Damn shame he is getting beatdowns like this when he is well capable of beating guys like MacDonald, Fitch, and Diaz.
