Video | Stephan Bonnar challenges Forrest Griffin, weighs in on Overeem

By Lewis Mckeever:
Last night’s episode of Inside MMA featured long time UFC slugger, Stephan Bonnar. Always animated with his persona, “The American Psycho” uttered some daring remarks concerning Alistair Overeem and former long-time foe, Forrest Griffin.
Bonnar jokingly weighed in on Overeem’s current PED fiasco, describing The Reem as 17 times the man he is:
“I always felt that Alistair Overeem was the bigger man than me, but 17 times the man I, am? I didn’t think he was that much better than me”.
A bold and interesting choice of words from Stephan, especially considering he was busted for consuming PED’s in the past. The Indiana native tested positive for steroids following his defeat to Forrest Griffin at UFC 62.
Bonnar then went on to challenge his former nemesis, listing a set of rules he plans to abide by should Forrest accept:
“A) I will not go for any take downs”.
“B) I will not block any punches”.
“C) I will always move forward”.

at least Stephan Bonnar has a personality forest is ****ing annoying and the luckiest fighter in mma history
Dude you’re crazy, Forest is the funniest guy in MMA, check out his shit on youtube he cracks me up.
forest tries to hard to be funny sometimes im embarrassed for him
Are you kidding? He’s hilarious!
He totally cracks me up, his book is funny as **** as well. He’s not the most naturally talented fighter but few have as much heart as him. Always will be one of my favorite fighters.
Cant wait 4 it….i had the impression that bonnar always plays by those rules lol
Pot, meet Kettle.
Overeem is 14 times the man he is, Sonnen was 17 times the man he is though….
16, and i bet you have nightmares with sonnen since all you do is talk about him on every single post.
I love Stephan Bonnar and Forrest. Have you guys seen the new punch buddies t-shirt? It’s pretty cool with Faber on it: http://shop.ngaugeinc.com/images/products/pb-cali.jpg
Rather see Griffin/Bonner 3 than Tito/Griffin 3.
I’d rather not see either of the match ups! haha
got a match up for you, me and your mom i’ll take her down all 3 rounds.
Griffin/Bonnar 3 would be really cool to see
That would be the co-main event after which your mum can’t wait to take me down.
Bonnar took a jab at himself before laying into Overeem with the ‘Lucky Charms’ reference. Bonnar is a funny dude.
People have such short memories. Bonnar was busted straight up for taking ILLEGAL steroids so who is he to judge anyone else
Griffin is a funny guy and one of the few with a good personality the same as Bonnar , guys like them make the sport more interesting.
A fight between them two would actually be interesting but i rather see a bad guy fighting a good guy.
