Rampage will lose badly to Jon Bones Jones.
Sike
jones stance is pretty awkward not really any power except for elbows, rampage will walk through him hopefully
…how one of Rampage’s fan adds on “hopefully” at the end of a statement…lol..
Did you see what Jones strikes did to shogun? I don’t think Rampage saw them either…
rampage looks slim down
Have you watched the countdown? He’s taking this very serious.
This video must be just for PR, like open workouts. I say that because Rampage’s footwork looked hella slow with those cones. Plus, my 11 year-old does the same training with the cones for his Bronco baseball team, and his team’s footwork is faster! That training with the padded stick was going so slow…And kicks with only his right leg? Jones will be jonesing after seeing this video!!! That’s why I think Rampage just put this video out for PR purposes and not to reveal anything. Good luck, Rampage.
ah yeah it is PR…..BJ is sponsored by MMA Elite….so is Rampage.
Hey Pedro….we have a boring video of Rampage, but he has our shirt on and Triumph United needs some love….will you throw this up on your site!
Mahalo
first off, comparing your little boys team to MMA training is riduculous. second, rampage is walking around about 205-210, not like your lil tart 60 pounder. and if u knew anything about MMA training, you don’t go 100 percent just four days before training. usually 50-60.
wow…you sure took his comments seriously. what was he thinking suggesting his 11 year old to take on Rampage. Fool!
Rampage training is alright, but hes not breathing while hitting, kicks not on par, and who ever is on the pads is a newbie.
i hope he improves his balance aswell. and tactics to leap forward at Jones and pass the guard
For anyone to think that Rampage is doing anything but staying loose and technical 4 days before a fight is nuts. He didn’t even bust a sweat in this video, he has top level training at the muscle pharm in Colorado and will be more than ready to fight Jon Jones on Saturday! Whether he wins or not who knows but he will be at his best I have no doubt. I personally hope he puts a beating on Jon Jones.
Lol, I’m walking around at a fairly slim 227 and I move waaaay faster than Rampage was in this video. All training videos from other fighters before fights look way better than this. I really hope this was just a half-assed video piece to put online, not a “look how hard i’m training and how serious i am” video, cause he’s not training hard or moving fast whatsoever. I’m rooting for Rampage, hopefully he looks sharp and strong and fast when he hits the ring.
i want rampage to win but i dont even think rampage would beat shogun. jones is gonna put rampage in retirement
Rampage was just keeping his body in motion and loosening up the muscles in that vid. Nothing to do with his real preparation, and besides it’s just 4 days before the fight, you don’t go all out and risk injuries or train so hard you won’t be fully recovered on saturday…
He did the preparation and the training. Now it’s avoiding injuries and keep loose so he’ll be 100% on saturday.
agree 100%
War Rampage..
War Rampage!
Rampage – Mr. T = another loss for Quinton “Watch out for spies” Jackson
