Edgar’s fighting two weight classes above where he should??? And, your point is??? Don’t get me wrong, he is tough. But Edgar is getting by because he’s tough and quick. That’s it. No power. Edgar was offered to get a titleshot at Aldo’s belt right away after he lost to Bendo. He denied an opportunity like that, that means he is shitting his shorts because he knows he can’t beat Aldo. He had no other reason to turn down that offer.

Aldo doesn’t need to go up yet. Edgar was given the opportunity to fight for the 45 title RIGHT AWAY. What kind of bitch turns that down? If he was everything you claim him to be he would have accepted and he would have fought Aldo, win the 145 belt and then move up again to challenge Bendo for the 155 title.

Edgar himself said he walks around and is 165lbs+ now and he doesn’t feel right cutting over 10lbs because he would not be able to run away for 5 rounds if he was to cut anymore. Dana offered him milllions to get an immediate title shot against Aldo and he turned it down because he is scared of Aldo and wants nothing to do with him. If Edgar was as great as half you say he is then he would fight Aldo who has 5 times power, 10 times jits, 100 times mauy tai. No edgar knows he wouldn’t be able to get any of his flash takedowns and run away and repeat 5 rounds. Aldo is way too fast and strong for Edgar.
