  1. jbeamazing says:

just a talented heavy weight fighting at light heavy weight but there is a sort list of fighters up there that he can toss around what could he do against a guy like cain with more punching power and better wrestling

    • Clay says:

Everybody cuts just as much weight as bones. If that was the case all of the heavy weights would drop down to light heavy so they could dominate. He’s just good bro quit crying about it.

    • Whoa says:

OH, and im sure that’s why you see all these other heavyweights dropping down to light heavyweight to grab the ufc gold, right? Cutting weight has very little to do with MMA. e.g: Kenny Florian has dropped down from middleweight to featherweight and has been declined any ufc titles so far.
Alexander Gustaffson is taller than Jon Jones and I don’t see him dominating the LHW division. Shit, he couldn’t even get past Phil Davis.
I reiterate. Cutting weight has very little do to with MMA, so just quit hating and recognize talent.

      • Simon says:

Meh. 6’4, 84.5 inch reach. You can fight at lh for a while but with those dimensions you won’t get any respect from real fighters till you beat up a heavy weight

        • Not You says:

+1 I hate that people try to bring up AGus like he’s actually bigger than JBJ. Jones’ brothers are both 265 and 6’5. Jones CAN fight at heavyweight and be as athletic as he is. In fact, he’d still have the largest reach in the division. Struve, a guy 7 inches taller, is still short by an inch and a half when it comes to reach.

        • Raja says:

++1 so true …I give him respect for what he’s done at lhw..but the guy , if he’s really great is designed for heavyweights…i don’t think he has the ball yet tho..it’ll take time but maybe a couple more fights..we’ll see…but it should be interesting..
