no doubt a dive. some weak ass punches and some weak ass acting.
I’d love for you to take just 1 of those punches in the head and then come tell everyone how “weak” it was.
It was a dive, get over it.
boxing is mad corny these days
Don’t think it was a dive, was some really bad boxing though… didn’t see the rest of the fight but neither of these guys will be fighting someone at title level any time soon
dude cmon u know this shit is fixed cant trust boxing no more
Fake
Yeah, it looked fake and the ref smiling to the KO’ed fighter on the ground when approaching him to talk makes it even clearer. Which referee have you seen do that?
yeah that was weak as hell
Huge dive
If it wasnt a dive then wonder why he left his chin hanging out
wow that looked pretty damn fake
Dude either has a glass jaw, or got paid to take the dive.
Hah, nice fall down i like how he was laying there concious and not getting up…oh no im super hurt
looks fake to me, the way he drops looks just weird and why would he keep his chin up like that with 5 seconds remaining in the fight.. yeah kimbo has heavy hands but it looks fixed to me, especially in these phoney organisations.
green looked pretty happy after the fight for someone that was winning and got dropped with 3 secs left….he got paid…just sayin.
fake.
Yeah, the fix was in..
That looked like a weak as uppercut to me… Hard to say but damn that looked fixed.
I have never seen someone get KO’ed from a glancing blow.. This is so fixed.
I caught the end of Rocky 2 last night after watching boxing on HBO. Ironically Rocky looked more believable than this.
Hahahaha what a terrible dive. They should have watched Rocky to get some pointers in boxing.
lame – so fixed
Fakest knockout ever… What a shame.
if you guys know anything about fighting is not how hard u hit is how acurate n how many punches fallowed the ko punch hye kept gettinh hit because he put his guard down all those punches led to the ko
To all of the fight experts leaving comments. It wasn’t a dive, people get knocked out by far less than glancing blows all the time. Who and why would anybody pay someone to take a dive against a guy Kimbos age? He’s fighting 5 round fights at 40 years old and can barely stand he is so tired. He’s not going to be fighting for any titles or big money fights and it doesn’t make sense for his camp to pay off another fighter so he can boost his record. He is too old. I guarantee though, half the people in here commenting couldn’t take the same punch that knocked out the other guy.
Dude, I don’t want to be rude but your living in dream land. It’s well known that boxing has a history of corruption. You answered your own question in your post. Why take a dive against a 40 year old fighter? Because Kimbo is a sham and those who pay to see him will only keep going to see him under the facade that he is unbeatable force. I mean look at the beginning of the round. Why did his friend make it apparent that his friend Brian was winning the bout? Where is the rest of the fight? Also it looks telegraphed for the most part, watch it again.
Also I would like to add that Kimbo looks like he is on steroids. Who is sanctioning this event? It all looks fake. When he got KO’ed by Seth Petruzelli in Elite XC it all fell apart for Kimbo and he became exposed for what he is, a sham.
Why does everyone always think Kimbo is in a fixed fight? He is working his way up. Of course they are not going to give him a tough ass opponent. Boxers who are just starting, always get the boxers that have so-so records. Can’t just throw him to the wolves!
DIVE DIVE DIVE!!!!!!
Give me a break… enough Kimbo Slice nonsense… put him in there with butterbean… that’s all he is.. A freak show. 100% DIVE!
Kimbo Slice is the Milli Vanilli of boxing. I’ve better dives at the local YMCA pool!
best comment, you my friend, have won the internetz today!
Ya i honestly cant tell if it was a dive or not but people get knocked out by less watch Nick Diaz vs Robbie Lawlor perfect example of supposdly “weak” looking punches knocking someone out
Green should looking into playing Football (uk) for Italy,
fake as all hell. end of.
wow if that was not a fix then i dont know what the hell that was, he hardly made contact.
Agreed. Either that was a dive or Mr. Green has a horribly weak chin.
He’s going to beat a Klitschko. You heard it here first.
Everybody thats saying it was a dive have no clue what you are talking about. You are some of the dumbest people I’ve ever heard. Contact me and I’ll set up a match with you and Brian so he can beat the hell out of you. Him getting ko’d he lost his chance at his next mma fight he has been waiting on. Just shut your mouths and go back to your porn sites.

Green doesn’t have much of a chin, he’s a jjiu jitsu guy
Unless we hear from the people that put on the show, claiming it was a dive, then we can only speculate…My guess is it was a dive. The main thing that makes me think as much is this……………………There are 15 seconds on the clock, you are separated by the ref, your corner has been telling you that you are winning the fight…Why on earth with 15 seconds left are you getting RIGHT UP in Kimbo’s face and dropping your guard. Two reasons…Either you are looking to lose the fight for no reason, or you are taking a dive…James Toney and Kimbo…End of Kimbo…Let them MMA it…Peace out to all, and to all a good fight!
it wasn’t the punch that made me think it was fake, it was the guy laying on the ground pretending to be knocked out. FAKE
I don’t think he even got KO’d to tell you the truth. He just got knocked down (those punches from Kimbo will knock down a guy who’s already gassed and wobbling on his feet), and was to exhausted to get back up. lol TKO.
Now I know some people don’t actually watch the fight. Green was gassed, couldn’t even put his hands up to protect himself. He kept getting clipped with Kimbo’s punches the head and body. As weak as they may have looked, I’m pretty sure those “weak ass” punches would knock most of you silly. Enough to jar your vision. This guy felt he was so far on the lead in the score cards, it didn’t matter whether he lost that last round or not. Just whether the fatigue and the punches. Wrong! It could have been a dive, and I can see why some, who weren’t paying attention can see it that way, but I doubt it. Green was exhausted, and kept getting clipped in the head, and three unanswered blows to the head at the end, your going down. You could see him getting all wobbly already going into that last round. And no,, that uppercut wasn’t a “glancing blow”, watch it again.
