Big time right here! Star power = more sponsors for all fighters, more viewers and bigger pay days. Instead of hate appreciate fellas he’s talking this to the next level. Good answer also pertaining to Dana, take the high road because you honestly can’t win with a personality like Dana. It’s goin down Saturday good luck to both fighters!!!
I must say…although Jones has made himself look to damn arrogant and cocky, he said all the right things this time. Hopefully he had an outer body experience and realized what he needs to do and say to make it to the next level in the sport and be liked by fans.
Jon Jones looks like he is 30. And he talks with maturity ever since scrapping ufc 151.
Kudos to the script writers of JBJ?
He does not makes sense, he said he pulled out of the Chael Sonnen fight because he didn’t have the proper training camp, but he did, he had a full training camp for Dan Henderson….On top pf it all Chael truly did not have a full training camp. Jon said Dana hasn’t apologized, but has Jon? He also admitted he didn’t take the fight because it wasn’t in the best interest for him, but ho about the entire organization…The organization got you there, Jon, why don’t you show some appreciation for the organization by having a give and take relationship. This dude is a clown. I thought I saw some corn stuck in his beard….
I can’t help but like Vitor but Bones should
bust hiss ass.
Who let this mofo off of OKC offseason workouts?
Na man, he wishes he could grow a beard as epic as James Hardens
John jones is a smart MOFO!!!!
First take sucks, worse show on ESPN besides Pardon the Interuppion and that Dan Le Batard abortion. He was also on Sportscenter this morning, did anyone catch it. He couldnt remember which one of his brothers birthday was June 3rd lol
PTI is the best sports talk show on ESPN outside of The Herd.
Ok DUI and christian belief don’t really mix together…. he sounded smart but his actions speak louder than his words
you’ve been perfect all your life? Yes? Liar. No? but don’t you say or think that you try to be the best person you can be? Mistakes will happen no matter who, no matter when.
To ignore the big picture because of a couple of errors makes you ignorant.
He’s still young tho,he has a lot to learn.he will learn from his mistakes and maybe he won’t have a bunch of yes men around him to tell him what’s best for his career ether.i have said a lot of dumb shit and and didnt make the best choices when I was his age.u live and u learn.but that’s not saying I don’t want vitor to ko this kid LOL.WAR VITOR,WAR…….
DUI and Christian belief go together better then bread and butter
J jones didn’t want to fight because he is a scared ass bitch. Plain and simple! He has no heart, or balls! I’m not denying he is a very talented fighter, but as far as being a champion that bitch has a lot 2 learn. Its still unbelievable 2 me that he turned down a fight. I don’t know how this chump can look at himself in the mirror without being discusted with himself.
F the 8 days notice. It wasn’t like he was slacking inbetween fights and had only got 8 days to prepare and drop weight, he just had a full 3 month trainingcamp, was injury free and in great shape.
I don’t like Sonnen too much, but he was the one who had only 8 days to come up a weightclass and prepare for the fight.
Nothing Jones can say will change the simple fact that it wasn’t short notice, since he was fully prepared to step in the cage.
just another sport that Steven A. Smith has no business trying to talk about. Didn’t think it was possible that he sounds even stupider talking about MMA.
let it go already. jesus christ. he didnt want to fight that loser/cheater phael sonnen. the fact ppl truly believe ANDERSON AND BONES IS AFRAID OF CHAEL IS ****ING PSYCHO!! the fact u guys even think chael could fight his way to the top of the lhw division is ridiculous. chael ****ing sucks, got kicked out the lhw division years ago, just got kicked out the mw division because off of trt his wrestling is ineffective. give chael shogun, page, machida, gustaffason, davis, thiago, glover, etc and he wont make it past round 2. wont be shocked for one second when forrest chokes phael out again and retires his ass. chael jus tlike rashad, talks a huge game, but only delivers big against absolute scrubs. im suprised the chael fans are still here.
Ok opinion noted, so if hes so useless and such an easy beat, and brings in RECORD ppv numbers, its a bad business decisiok to turn the fight down right? Say what you want about sonnen but greg jackson and john jones both know a lot more about MMA than you and they didnt even want to fight him for multiple hundreds of thousands of dollars.
I think when you are considered best in the world you should be able to take a fight in 8 days notice and win. I don’t see Silva backing out. The problem is these fighters train just to beat that next fighter. Look at the Gracie’s they had the Gracie challenge. They stood up and said anyone come and I’ll prove my Jiu Jitsu is effective. Are you the best fighter or are you the best at studying opponents and doing just what you have to do to win. GSP falls in that category too.
NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY JBJ UR STILL A LIL BIZNITCH FOR DUCKIN SONNEN AND CAUSING UFC TO CANCLE A EVENT… UR FAKE JUST LIKE RASHAD SAID…
Am I the only one who thinks that, that guy asking Jones about how he reconciles his Christian beliefs with mma was an extremely stupid question? Has any boxer in the history of anything ever been asked that question?
when u think of ufc u think of… dana white & every fighter, not just 2 fighters.
