VIDEO | In the Gym with Nathan Diaz | UFC NEWS

The UFC lightweight division is considered the most “talent rich” weight class currently promoted under the ZUFFA LLC banner.
At the very top of the heap is Stockton’s son, Nathan Diaz.
On the verge of achieving what every fighter dreams of, Nate is currently in the final preparatory stage for his UFC title shot against current champion Benson “Smooth” Henderson on Dec. 8 in the UFC on FOX 5 main event.
Middleeasy.com is the known destination for all Stockton based content, which is why it comes as no surprise that Layzie The Savage was granted unprecedented access into Nate’s training camp to compile the video feature below.

Great video and gym!
So excited to see my favourite fighter take the belt from Bendo. PUMPED!
Nate is going to sub benson in a triangle choke after landing every punch he throws. Ben will get frustrated n defeated
Bendos going to sleep.
Bendo needs to bring his best bottom line if he doesn’t its Nate by sub or ko or tko or even decision but I doubt that. I Trully don’t see anyway bendo winning this I still feel like Frankie got his belt back after the second fight. Nates the best at 155 right now and it’s some dam time that a diaz finally got the UFC strap
209 baby
if bendo didn’t came along we would be seeing an epic battle between edgar and diaz…
-but i’m all over that right now, i just wanna see bendo get punished.
-hope diaz doesn’t make the same mistake nick did, he should take bendo on the ground early in the fight
-i know diaz would dominate bendo in terms of boxing, but there is no way bendo would trade punches with him, the result will be bendo running around the octagon throwing cheap shots and chopping diaz’ legs.
It’s amazing to see that none of you think that Benson will make it a fight.
video no working.
