Mariusz Pudzianowski is a former five-time World’s Strongest Man and bodybuilder that has transitioned his training and focus towards mixed martial arts.

The fighter still has a massive physique and has shown what he is capable of with defeating game opponents such as Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt Rolles Gracie.

In this video, we take a look at the speed of Pudzianowski as he shows his quick sprinting training and hitting some combos on the mitts.

Mariusz Pudzianowski holds an 11-5-1 professional MMA record and is scheduled to fight former UFC fighter James McSweeney at KSW 40 on October 22 at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland. Pudzianowski is riding a two-fight winning streak while McSweeney is coming off two straight losses.

How do you think Mariusz Pudzianowski would do in the UFC heavyweight division? Let’s get your thoughts and take this discussion to the comment section.
