“So far in his last two fights he looked pretty good. With ‘Pee Wee’ he cracked him and did a good job. I think he has a tough fight in Werdum. People put me down as one of the best submission artists, but as far as jiu-jitsu artist, I think Werdum is probably the best jiu-jitsu artist in the heavyweight division. I think it’s going to be a difficult fight for Nogueira. I don’t think there’s any shame in going out there and losing as long as he puts forth a good performance.”

Frank how much shame is there in knowing you were on steroids for over 2 years after you lost Brock. Now Mir is on TRT because of that Steroid usuage and that is how he was able to power out of that submission against Big Nog. If anyone needs TRT its Big Nog who is about 60 in (REAL AGE YEARS) Mir is gaming the system just like Nate, rest of the lifetime career long steroid abusers in MMA.
