  1. WrestlingRules says:

I just want somebody to beat JDS’ ass…soon.

    • momo says:

      guessing your a Cain fan?

      • WrestlingRules says:

Does Cain wrestle?? Hell YAH Cain needs to plant this guy head first into the canvas and gnp him OUT…

        • MARV3L0US says:

WHOAA you just laid the blue print out for everybody I think if you were in cains corner he definatly would have won the fight.

        • WrestlingRules says:

Hey now that is a good comeback and is funny…I liked it…Finally someone with a sense of humor.

But to be more serious and you know these forums are ONLY for the serious minded among us elites..Cain was physically and or mentally intimidated by JDS who was ready to kick ass that day. Cain was tentative and that is not a wrestlers mentality. He knows better and will gnp the one-dimensional JDS.

        • Leo From New Jersey says:

If it was that simple he wouldn’t have gotten KTFO in the first fight

        • WrestlingRules says:

JDS has really good takedown defense but Cain is a much more dominant wrestler and didn’t impose his will on him that fight and lost. His tentativeness and JDS’ intimidation beat him before he even fought. But Cain learned from that will come in ready to plant him and then he will beat JDS. IMO

    • Mc says:

      Wrestling sucks. Just sayin

  2. pepito de la O says:

Dog all fights start on da feet, Cain had the opportunity to wrestle sown n gnp jds but Cain got caught, if he has a hard time tryin to take down jds, then Cain is gna get another one to the dome…

    • WrestlingRules says:

I prefer to be called The Beast, but Dog is ok……You’re right on what will happen, but Cain didn’t look right or he was just intimidated by JDS. Either mental weakness or physical weakness was up for that first fight. But I think Cain will have worked through that and be unintimidated by JDS next time. JDS is an awesome boxer, maybe the best at heavyweight but he is one dimensional and a great wrestler will kick his ass. Cain is a great wrestler but he did not go in to that fight with a wrestlers mentality. Something was wrong. Next time he will plant JDS on his face and gnp him into pulp.

      • Bob says:

Jds is far from one dementional…he beats people with his stand up..is Cain one dementional then if he takes guys to the ground and does the GNP thing? Carwin couldn’t do it and Cain is in for another knock out if he can’t in the rematch. Either way jds has fought and destroyed everyone in the UFC. Cains chin is suspect. Cigano is going to be champ for awhile

      • Moseswhite says:

What do you mean Cain didn’t look right? He looked intimidated? The fight was only 64 seconds.

        • WrestlingRules says:

That’s what I mean. He was mentally intimidated or something. Wrestler’s mentality don’t allow that. So my point is, he wasn’t quite right because he or his coaches or JDS psyched him out and he didn’t look right. He was tentative. He won’t make that mistake again and if JDS can’t stop the head plant he’s done.

        • Tapitout21 says:

You are an idiot, You can’t call JDS 1 dimensional because no one has been able to put him on his back…he trains with the Nog bros so he is assured to have some back skills. Does that mean he will sub you from there no, but it’s does mean he isn’t a complete tool on his back. His hands are his strength so that’s where he keeps it, it’s up to his opp to test his “weakness” but as we saw in the 1st fight Cain isnt good enough on his feet to stay standing a full minute (he was dropped at about 50 secs)

        • WrestlingRules says:

I can’t argue with you at all about their first fight. It happened just the way you said. Cain couldn’t get ahold of him and JDS tagged his ass out. But, What I am arguing is that Cain came in to intimidated by JDS and didn’t fight like the wrestler he is. He was too tentative because he was intimidated in that fight. I think he learned his lesson and I believe that Cain will rely on his strength in wrestling and go in with a wrestlers mindset and takes his ass down and tko’em nest time,

        • Dan Jenkins says:

          Is Gsp one dimensional too?

    • Big TxCowboy says:

Hey ese! Better grammar next time homie.

  3. Keep Fitch (Forever) says:

As usual Mir has best advice lol

  4. DMAC says:

Fighters commenting on other fighters actions outside the cage, if that ain’t bitch ass’ness I don’t know what is.

    • WrestlingRules says:

No Shit, just shut-up and fight.

      • TheBigBeast says:

        Come fight me u arsesleeve

        • WrestlingRules says:

Hey they call me The Beast, I guess The Big Beast is much tougher than I am. So are you a tough guy?

        • Rodriguez says:

@ WrestlingRules I agree with you 100% that Cain can win against JDS. He just needs to find an opening against JDS’ take down defense!

        • WrestlingRules says:

That’s it. He was psyched out about JDS’s striking and didn’t come in with that killer wrestlers attitude. He won’t make that mistake next time and JDS ain’t good enough to stop him his only chance is to tag him again. Cain will be Champ next time they fight.

        • GET RID OF FITCH (forever) says:

wrestling rules do you know how stupid you look by replying to yourself over and over again. I can understand maybe once or twice but you are on here from morning to dark replying to yourself over and over again. You remind me of one of those dogs that chases its tail out yard all day. Despite what you think most high level wrestlers become well rounded MMA fighters and do whatever they have to to not be like you idol Jon Lay N pray Fitch. Koscheck was 100 times better college wrestler and has been in MMA like 5 years less than Fitch but instead of being a lay n prayer he spent every waking moment in last 7 years becoming a REAL FIGHTER. Look at Cormier he (IS) (WAS) and always will be a 1000 times better wrestler than Fitch and he in less than 3 years ahs become a REAL FIGHTER instead of being a LAY N PRAYER. Kos and Cormier whether you love or hate them EVERYONE including Zuffa brass can’t wait to book them for next fights unlike your IDOL lay n pray Fitch. So keep bragging about how great wrestling is and how thats all any fighter needs to succeed in MMA. Fitch is one fighta way from being released and Kos is flying airplanes and living in a palace and driving half million dollar cars. Yeah right keep preaching how layn pray is MMA gospel because you sound like a total idiot.

        • GET RID OF FITCH (forever) says:

lay n pray boy ie: (wrestlling idiot) Do you realize how stupid you sound making excuses why Cain got his ass handed to him? Next fight cain will stay outside shooting over and over non-stop knowing dam well if he doesn’t get fight to ground he will lose. Even if he gets it to ground JDS will just get back up. Cain has a suspect chin which has been exposed by other fighters other than just JDS so if you think that in a 5 round fight JDS isn’t going to touch Cain’s chin you are delusional. Early round 2 JDS by KO

        • WrestlingRules says:

uh GroF I was replying to Rodriquez…are also blind besides a bit dumb. Should I start using sign language would that help you?

Yah really going out on limb here aren’t you twisted sister? Why not Round 1 64 seconds KO? Cain will come in with the gameplan to plant his ass and gnp him. Not easy but I believe he has a real good chance because dominating wrestling is more than take down and get up defense. Cain will not stand there and let himself get beaned like he did last time. He will run across the cage and plant his head in JDS’s chest and plant him. If JDS tags him out then so be it. But if not then he CAN’T stop Cain from taking him down and giving him a Big Foot elbow or two.

        • GET RID OF FITCH (forever) says:

still replying to yourself there wrestlinglittleboy lay n pray lover

        • WrestlingRules says:

Also, Mr. GroF I would like to request NO I DEMAND that you change your title to: GET RID OF THE GREAT ONE (forever). Anything different is offensive and disrespectful to THE GREAT ONE and all of us sane people who KNOW that he is One of the GREATEST ww of All time. Therefore, from now on I will only refer to you as GroTGO, or twisted sister or just plain delusional…If that is offensive to you then I apologize and beg your forgiveness oh great prognosticator…..such a little twisted sister you are GroTGO you are quite the anal one aren’t you. Also can I ask you a question, are you a homosexual? It’s ok if you are, I’m just wondering, my gaydar keeps going off when I read one of your posts.

  5. ANiM4L says:

I’ve grown to respect Mir more and more in the past few months…. BUT!!!!

I agree that Cain was tentative with his game agains JDS in the first fight, but honestly I dont believe anyone has seen enough of JDS’s ground defence or even offence to say that once Cain has it down it will be end game. Im deffinatly in the middle, both guys are very talented in there stengths, and very skilled in their secondary strength (atleast I assume for JDS’s jiu jitsu)

My guess, the fans will win.

  6. Roy G Biv says:

Jds has the best advice by far don’t drink it’s that easy, but unfortunately it’s not like that for most people.

  7. Clay says:

    Hell come back

  8. Alex says:

Honestly, I’d love to see another jds/ Velasquez fight. I think it would end similarly but they are both talented fighters and I wouldnt mind seeing Cain get the takedown just to prove whether or not jds is good on the ground… Which he is, if you know anything about his camp.

But cains last fight was awesome, even with big chin silva saying that elbows should be illegal from the ground, which they shouldn’t an never will be.. He got the takedown quick and made him pay.. I’d love to see jds/ Velasquez again aha

  9. Cam says:

Just got soooo much respect for frank mir.
