Jake Ellenberger is at the cusp of his 3rd consecutive main event. He will be facing Martin “The Hitman” Kampmann at The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) Live Finale this Friday night (June 1, 2012) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“It’s definitely an honor to be a main event again, I’m just excited.
I’m a big fan of him (The Hitman)I’ve always watched him in the last few years. He’s always dangerous and someone I can’t look past at all.
I’m a big believer in ‘actions speak louder than words.’ I gotta finish this fight, I gotta prove that I’m even a contender for that title.
I’m just gonna control what I can control and take it one fight at a time like I always have. With the coaches that I’ve been surrounded with and the people around me that believe in me, that’s been such a big help for me in knowing I can beat anybody in the world at 170.”
