Video | Brian Stann Trains to Win – Core of Sports

In the SB Nations new series “Core of Sports” which is available via their YouTube page the first installment follows UFC middleweight and former Marine Brian Stann it followed him in his preparation to fight Alessio Sakara. Brian Stann went on to win in impressive fashion at UFC on Fuel TV 2 despite the death of his wife’s brother which caused him to conduct some of his training camp at home in Atlanta.
Stann discusses in the video how decision to attend the Naval Academy, and how the Marine Corp Martial Arts program helped him develop mentally and physically. Stann currently has a record of (12-4) in MMA and with the sort of determination he displays it wont be long until he again becomes a top contender in the Middleweight division.
