Boesch did nothing but back peddle the entire fight. Lombard got screwed
Even the highlights were boring…
Lombard won that fight, it is insane that the judges gave that to Boetsch… even as a split decision. I don’t recall him doing anything besides avoiding damage and breathing heavy. Lombard wasn’t great at all, but he clearly did more IMO.
Yep you hit the nail on head. what did boetch do to win that fight? He wanted nothing to do with Lombard and never once landed anything that remotely hurt Lombard where as Lombard staggered Boesch with liver kick and he also landed a few hard shots to Boestch head and ear. Boestch ran away the entire fight.
