Vid doesnt work
Yes it does.
Georges is always on the cutting edge.
He only does gymnastics so he can wear a tutu and prance around like a ballerina
For being on steroids i aint impressed by dat performance Boooooooooooo
Lol
This is serious mthrfkn core workout! Entire body becomes solid muscle..
solid muscle that shines real nice with extra vaseline rubbed over it.
Your boy Anderson too..
Gymnasts have awesome balance and core strength. It will definitely help him win fights. People might make fun of it or find it weird, but he’s thinking out of the box and that is what will give him the edge over other fighters.
By all means I think its great he’s thinking out of the box and evolving his training regimen. He’s definitely becoming a better athlete…. but I don’t think he’s becoming a better fighter! GSP to me is just a great athlete, but that fighting/killer instinct that he use to possess is long gone! He’s just in it for the points now and getting that W as safe as possible. I’m not saying its wrong or anything, its his career and his life, he should do as he chooses, & “fight” the way he wants! But I’m just not going to be too excited when he fights, I’ll watch a Leonard Garcia fight over his anytime of the day! I’ll always be rooting for those fighters that have that “fighting spirit”, ala BJ Penn!
gsp rules over bj, and deep down you know it
sounds more like you want gsp deep inside of you
lol
lol
sounds like you have already had bj inside of you, your just bitter because gsp beat bj’s ass so bad that he threw in the towel. then he was such a sore loser he had to make rediculous excuses.
chael will knock out silva for sure!!!!! lol
the only thing chael killed is his testicles.
LOL!!! how do you know that???? im sure you already sucked his testicles!!!!! pls stop sucking his testicles cause he is on roids!!!! bwahahahahaahhahaahahaha!
umm retard chael disclosed his hypogonadism as the reason he needs trt therapy. no go back to your corner.
o. SHE looks so good doing that handstand.
that is shit is crazy, try it sometime and insta fail
Got to try the swinging dips! PENN NATION!!!!!!
Gymnastic is hardcore…. I just wonder if GSP does it for fitness or just to finally be able to land his backflip after the fight
its like a gay commercial
I agree. It does look gay. He’s always wearing the skin tight clothes. I would at least put on some boardshorts for the filming.
The reason no other ufc fighter has done it is b/c it doesn’t help. It works and strengthens certain areas, i can see, but for combat, I don’t see how it trains you to be faster, or strike harder. Common sense says it doesn’t contribute to making you a better “fighter”. I think GSP is stupid now.
gsp really likes doing ballet to help him with his mma training. he recently was turned down for dancing with the stars for having no riddum.
Common sense says that forcing your body to do difficult things will improve it athletically.. How would that not help someone in a fight? Boxers don’t just throw punches all day to train for a fight you know..
I do think that type of training makes your core strong. It also makes you strong all over. It makes you use muscles you may not normally use with conventional weight training.
