If the body produces testorone is this not something natural I don’t get it how it’s classified as a drug

  2. cristian says:

my gooodd just be a man and accept you use steriods…

  3. Reality says:

Well the card is ruined regardless so his 9 month suspension makes no difference. It’s a damn shame.

  4. g says:

Essentially, they cost Overeem around $300,000.00 because in 9 months he could have faced roughly 1.5 opponents. Pretty steep punishment, but I think it’s fair. I mean, any less of a sentence and he could just fight and, of course, make an easy $200,000.00. So, in a weird way, this was a fair punishment…

  5. jbeamazing says:

people are complaining about the card now but jds would of been fighting mir or cain any way after he knocked overoid out

    he owns a
Million dollar body and a 10 cent chin

  6. jdog says:

Funny how they didn’t care about the evidence and the doctor statements. Punishment I think is a bit harsh, after all it would be a 1 year suspension IF he had been caught post fight, with this pre fight without a contract and a training camp started I would have rather seen a 6 month suspension or at least a more legit hearing where they could have either proved or dis proved the shot he was given had enough trt in it to get his levels to 14-1. They never said when the shot occurred, nor if it could have caused that high of levels. To me it sounds like he was set up because they can, that being said, I am still ashamed as a MMA fighter and fan that he got popped for it and to regain my respect will take a while

    • Semtex says:

TRT stands for testosterone replacement therapy. Therefore a shot cannot have enough (or not enough) TRT in it. It can have enough testosterone. Don’t mean to be e a dick, I just think that people need to be at least educated enough to make statements on that matter.

Otherwise I agree with you. His excuse was the best possible. “A doctor gave me this without telling me there is testosterone in it and here’s that doctor”. And the doctor confirms himself that he indeed injected him with this without telling him. Whether he paid him to say that or not, we don’t know. But considering it was also an out of competition test, they should have gone easier on him.
