UFC Signs Top Middleweight Prospect

The UFC middleweight division will see a new prospect enter its ranks, as former Ultimate Fighter 17 contestant Andy Enz has just signed with the company. The Raven Post has the video announcement from Andy himself.

An Alaskan native training out of Gracie Barra Alaska, there’s not much footage out there of Andy in action (other than one-sided highlights from his bout with Uriah Hall), but he does have a very impressive 10-1 record at only 22 years of age. Seven of those ten wins are first-round finishes, and from the small amount of tape we can find on him, he has a very “in your face” fighting style, with aggressive boxing and an above-average ground game (not shocking, considering he’s training out of a Gracie Barra gym).

There’s no debut timetable set as of yet, but we’re sure that the UFC is anxious to get some new blood flowing in the division, so expect to see him competing sooner rather than later.
