Major BS on this one…Sanchez was gifted that win. He has to be the shittiest lucky fighter next to Leonard in the UFC….They fucking cut Fitch and this moron is still on the roster, LMAO!!! The UFC is becoming a joke.

    • GOT RID OF FITCH (finally) says:

I have read hundreds of blogs tonight and haven’t come across more than maybe 1 or 2 fans that thought Diego Sanchez won that fight. NOONE has ever been gifted more decisions in such a short amount of time than Sanchez. He got his a’ss kicked real bad by Kampmann and his face was f’cked up real bad and he was somehow gifted that decision to and fans were outraged. REgardless it couldn’t be a better time to be a MMA-UFC fan now that they FINALLY got rid of that miserable excuse for a fighter in one JOn layn pray Fitch. UFC has already shown bigtime improvement since then as all the SNOOZFESTS know their days are numbered and now everyone is fighting like their jobs are on the line. over 100 more fighers to get the axe in next week or so. CAN’T WAIT, hopefully Sheilds will be next, Hey bringbacklaynpray is that you bla bla bla, sorry about your boy Fitch but you can’t say i didn’t tell you his days were numbered. Ha ha ha aha ha damn its a good day in america and UFC without Jon LAY N PRAY Fitch

^^I don’t doubt that you read over a 100+ blogs this eve. I’d believe you if you said 1000…you need to get laid son.

        • GOT RID OF FITCH (finally) says:

EVERY SINGLE DAY SON AND SOMETIMES TWICE ON SUNDAYS

Diego Sanchez got his a’ss kicked again and was gifted (ANOTHER) decision

  2. GRT 3000 says:

Sanchez shouldn’t hold his head to high on this one…I thought he lost the fight.

  3. Dee says:

This is what bothers me about MMA. A guy can win this fight standing and get taken down and lose a round. It seems like that’s how guys are winning these fights. They simply take a guy down and win a fight. It doesn’t matter if he gets swept, beaten while in top position, or in danger the entire fight from submissions or if they guy repeatedly manages to get back up and fight. It seems like all a fighter has to do is score a takedown and it outweighs everything including a knockdown! Then you have guys who can hold someone against the cage and still win a round. It’s unbelievable.

  4. Slim Charles says:

    robbed…

  5. YoMama says:

Gomi won every round. Maybe the two weak takedowns earned him a draw in the first but second and third were all Gomi. Got robbed in his own country. Bizzaro world.

  6. m says:

    what!?

i fast forwarded thru the decision assuming gomi had it easily.

    unbelievable.

  7. master mind says:

That is why professional statisticians score the fights and not dumbass fans (not fighters) who think they know everything. Go read a book and get off the web

  8. Next time they should... says:

…give both of them a loss!!! overall, that fight sucked. In the LW divsion, both Diego and Gomi fought like they are at the bottom of the rankings. Yes, they have the courage of a warrior to step into the Octagon, but both fought weak warriors. Diego needs to find another camp to train at ’cause his fighting hasn’t improved since returning to New Mexico.

  9. KIDD433 says:

That decision was a disgrace,Gomi was robbed. This is the kind of BS that’s setting MMA back. That and like Somone said above the over favor for takedowns

  10. GOT RID OF FITCH (finally) says:

well put KIDD433 thats exactly whats happening

  11. Bad news says:

I never seen Diego fight like a puss before until Greg Jackson got a hold of him. Diego ran away, kept his distance tried to wrestle if kicked, n tried to counter as if he was lyoto machida. Thanx GJ for another boring fight.

  12. Anik+Florian says:

Bad news. Diego has ALWAYS been a Jackson fighter. So your whole argument just went out the window. Make sure you know what you’re talking about man. Trying to say GJ made him a boring fighter when he’s been with Jackson Wink his whole career and he is definitely not a boring fighter. Also how anyone can say Gomi won blows my mind. Close fight. But Diego definitely won. Even Anik and Florian tried to give Gomi that fight. They talked about every move Gomi made. At one point Gomi landed a sloppy body shot and Diego put a right hook square on his jaw and made him stumble. They didnt even mention Diego’s punch but kept talking anout the body shot from Gomi.Watch the fight on mute. I think people listen to the announcers too much. I saw Gomi whiffing on his haymakers and Diego landing kicks an punches all night. Sorry for the book but this has been driving me nuts.

  13. KIDD433 says:

@Anik Florian…I don’t know what fight u were watching,But Diego got his ass kicked the whole fight.U sir are in serious denial pal

  14. The Way Of The Dutchman says:

Fukc that! Gomi won. Yet another shitty, undeserved split decision win for Sanchez. Judges gave him a round for three takedowns with nothing to follow up on the takedown? A takedown on itself without being able to hold the opponent down shouldn’t score more than a jab.
