UFC NEWS | UFC on FOX 3 | Dodson vs. Uyenoyama Booked For Flyweight Bout

The most recently crowned TUF champion, John Dodson has booked his first fight since winning the show’s title and it’s in the UFC’s newly minted flyweight division.
For his first post-TUF fight he will face Darren Uyenoyama who is also set to make the drop from bantamweight for the UFC’s new flyweight division.
UFC officials announced the bout late yesterday evening.
UFC on FOX 3 is set to go down on May 5 from New Jersey’s IZOD center. This bout marks the second confirmed fight for the card. Diaz vs. Miller has also been booked.
Dodson turned heads in his “Ultimate Fighter” finale KO victory over tournament favorite T.J. Dillishaw. The win marked his third straight.
Uyenoyama is coming off his UFC debut where he upset Japanese standout “Kid Yamamoto during the UFC’s inaugural show on FOX TV.

Jonny dodson is a firm favorite to win but in the wonderful world of mma “WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE CAGE, WILL! HAPPEN” but it will be fun to watch these guys fight.
