I thought this fight was goin to be a war, but you could see Chad didnt know what to do about 3 mins in to the fight.

I am not in any way making this comment to help support complaints about the Penn – Diaz fight, but that fence grab by Aldo near the end of the round really ticked me off. He was about to get slammed, big time! I am not saying that Mendes would have won because Aldo was doing a great job stuffing takedowns until that point. But at least, he would have likely gotten out of that round and who knows how else the fight would have unfolded. At the very least, we as fans get more entertainment value. I know the ref’s can’t see everything, but that particular fence grab was such an obviously desperate attempt by Aldo to prevent the takedown, and a huge slam at that. It really ticks me off. They gotta start deducting points or stopping the fight and issuing warnings for that crap!

Aldo grabbed the fence altered the outcome of the this fight. Grabbing the fence is illegal. Aldo’s illegal action led to an alternate outcome. This is not a hard concept to grasp you ****ing HERO.
I wouldn’t disqualify him. I would definitely stop the fight and deduct the point. It really changed the whole fight with him doing that. Now, if he did it like 2 or 3 more times, then a disqualification would be fair, because that changes the whole fight.
