UFC NEWS – Newcomers Salas and Kuivanen Added To UFC on FUEL TV 1

A lightweight bout between promotional newcomers has been added to the UFC’s debut on FUEL TV.
Justin Salas and Anton Kuivanen have agreed to square off on February 15 on FUEL TV.
UFC officials announced the bout just moments ago.
UFC on FUEL TV is set to take place in Omaha, Nebraska on February 15 from the Omaha Civic Auditorium. A welterweight clash between Jake Ellenberger and Diego Sanchez is set for the evening’s main event.
Salas makes his UFC debut after the original opponent for Kuivanen was forced off the card with injury. The Colorado based fighter is currently 9-3 in his MMA career.
Originally scheduled to face C.J. Keith, Kuivanen now makes his UFC debut against Salas. Having finished eight of his sixteen wins by submission he brings in a nine-fight win streak to his UFC debut.
