UFC NEWS – Loeffler vs. Roberts Added To UFC on FUEL TV 1

Buddy Roberts and Sean Loeffler have agreed to face off in a middleweight contest on next month’s UFC on FUEL TV debut event.

UFC officials announced the matchup last night for the two promotional newcomers.

UFC on FUEL TV is set to take place in Omaha, Nebraska on February 15 from the Omaha Civic Auditorium. A welterweight clash between Jake Ellenberger and Diego Sanchez is set for the evening’s main event.

Roberts is a member of the highly touted Jackson fight team coming out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. After going pro five-years ago, Roberts has managed to string together four knockouts and five submission in his eleven career wins. He also brings in a five-fight win streak to his UFC debut.

Loeffler is a finisher and an exciting edition to the UFC’s roster. Having won twelve of his last thirteen fights, the Californian brings in a six-fight win streak to his Octagon debut. To date twenty-four of his 25-career wins have all come via some form of stoppage.
