“Hi everyone! I’m back in Montreal for the weekend. I just started training gymnastics again. I’m very limited in what I can do but I had a great workout. Pat prepared a great training program for me. I’ll see everyone next weekend in Las Vegas for the fight, Condit [vs.] Diaz.”

George should try something new instead of the risky Gymnastic training. Focus on his abilities to finish fights (because he has them) rather than athleticism, which he will need for Diaz but doing a flip or being able to do an Iron Cross won’t help you in a fight.
I am hoping now that he has passed Hughe’s record of 6 title defenses that he will start going for the finishes. Time will tell.
i hope diaz works with his sambo coach on leg locks to break his leg an put him back to the sidelines
