i’m in no way on half of BJ’s level and would never claim to be, but I have practiced BJJ and typically you don’t roll away if someone has you in side control, you buck your hips to face them and try and turn into guard… this move shows how to take advantage of an opponents mistake, or risky decision. That said, BJ’s instruction is easy to follow I just wish there was more of it

Reminds me of the older days of bjpenn.com there was hundreds of tutorial videos of bj showing techniques from boxing, wrestling, jiu-jitsu(gi and no gi)
