Mark Hunt | "The blood will fall whether it is mine or his."
By Jamie McAllister
Mark Hunt in an interview with TATAME.
Hunt comments on training at American Top Team.
“The importance of training at a top team, the benefits of making your game stronger, and having the top guys pushing you all the time. It’s such a blessing for me to have training partners like Bigfoot (Antonio Silva), Thiago (Tavares) and all the good guys at Top Team”
Hunt jokes about his long career.
“It has been hard but I am committed to the cause.”
Hunt comments on Struve and feels his opponent will attempt to take it to the ground at some point.
“Like all my fights, they soon realize they have one option and that is to take me down or try to.”
Hunt comments on the support he received from the fans to replace Overeem as well as his future.
“It was good to know I have the support so it was fun for the time.”
“I hope to get that chance to share the octagon with the world’s finest, I have always wanted that opportunity, I am not here to build up a good fight record, I am here to battle. Win, lose or draw… The blood will fall whether it is mine or his.”

Hunt is going to fold Struve like a lawn chair
Rip struve
Later Struve !!!
That’s a real ****ing fighter right there he doesn’t give 2 ****s about building up a padded fight record with safe wins he just wants to knock his opponents domepiece off his vertebral column and he’ll die trying. He wears his heart on his sleeve he isn’t afraid to be beaten.
I hate fighters who take fighting too competitively and fight for points rather than a finish like bitchfitch and jewfro askren. Its a ****ing fight you should be trying to destroy whoever is standing in front of you not dryhump and spoon with them for 15-25 min.they’re the fighters that cause ****ing queef D-class failure comedians like that horseface john oliver to call mma “gay” and its a shame.
Great words..
War Hunt.
He’s always taken on top named fights, his whole career. Afraid of no man and no challenge. I’d love to see him get a tittle fight one of these days.
Tell me this guy doesn’t ****ing rule. From K1, to Pride, to now the UFC.. always a class act, always a badass.
“I am here to battle”
That says it all
Absolute legend in my books, I hear alot of people bashing him but to each their own. In my opinion he will always be one of the greatest FIGHTERS of all time, he goes into each fight and as he stated in the above interview, he is here to battle win , lose , or draw. Always a great fighter to watch!
Numba1 = mongoloid from outtaspace
I would like to see you in the cage giving your all you fat bitch lol
You think one round is à piece of cake?
Ask you drunk dad or your easy **** mom
Why u so mad bro? U must be a boring wrestler huh? Lol
this is truly the only real fighter, he doesnt fight to build a record. he fights to fight, like no one else. not even jds. you can tell jds is worried about losing when he fights, i mean the guy drops bombs, but he ran away from carwin for 3 rounds… like mark hunt would of stood right in front of carwin and either tko’d him or ko’d him mark hunt would honestly be the best heavyweight champion. i hope he destroys JDS one day to prove my point.
In case you didnt see the fight, JDS annihilated Carwin. He dropped him and was a hair away from finishing him in the 1st round. I don’t remember exactly what happened, but what i do remember was Carwin being soundly out-boxed, not JDS running.
I love Hunt, Lavar Johnson and Barry’s attitude toward fighting but I really think they put themselves more so, before the fans. I know they want to put on a great show and that’s commendable but fans don’t keep you employed. Mayhem Miller is he loses to CB could be receiving walking papers and one more loss for my boy Barry and he could be gone too.
But yeah like everyone else is saying…. WAR HUNT!
Mark is a beast!!!
I ****en love Mark Hunt.
