Junior Dos Santos: I Have Never Taken Anything, I'm The Real Champ
On a recent edition of “The MMA Hour”, UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior dos Santos opened up more about his champion status, fighting clean fighters, and never using PEDs.
“I don’t know exactly what happened with Alistair Overeem, but I don’t care about that. It’s between him and the athletic commission. I think he has to try to get that license to fight again. But, I always am going to be in favor to fight the clean fighters. I don’t use anything to make me stronger or faster and I don’t agree with people who use that you know. So, if he did, then it’s a bad thing for him and I think that the athletic commission did very well to put him nine months waiting for the next fight. As a champion, though, I will fight whoever the UFC tells me to fight. I don’t choose my opponents and I will fight anyone in the world. Everybody wants to know who the real champion, I am the real champion because I have never taken anything. When you see me, that is me for real, that is myself fighting and they see Junior dos Santos being the real champion in the fight. When they use drugs to get a better performance, that is not them fighting, it’s very frustrating because it is not real and people want to know the champion for real, and I can tell you, I’m the champion for real.”
JDS was expected to have a standup war with Alistair Overeem for the heavyweight title at UFC 146. However, as we all know by now, Overeem was taken off the card following a random drug test which produced extremely high testosterone levels. He has since been suspended by the Nevada State Athletic Commission for nine months.
JDS will now face Frank Mir for the heavyweight title at UFC 146 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

i cant wait to see dos santos fight overem after all the stuff jds has taken at him overem is going to **** him up as soon as he gets back people will be ready for it and overem will be extremly motivated after hearing it all
JDS will be a better, greater, stronger fighter by the time they meet in the Octagon. If they ever meet in the Octagon…. Overeem will probably have to fight another hw to get another shot and if he wins, JDS will tear him apart the natural way of course.
