Fisher vs. Stout Rubber Match Booked For UFC on FX 4

UFC officials have put together an exciting trilogy match between lightweights Sam Stout and Spencer Fisher.
The bout will serve as a rubber match for the two fighters.
While not yet officially announced by UFC officials, UFC on FX 4 is expected to go down at The Revel Entertainment Arena in Atlantic City, New Jersey on June 22. In the headlining slot, top lightweight contenders Gray Maynard and Clay Guida will square off in a five-round affair.
Stout and Fisher have met on two separate occasions.
In the first bout at UFC 58 it was Stout who earned a split decision victory over Fisher. However the two met against at UFC Fight Night 10 and it was Fisher who took the points on the scorecards to earn his redemption.
The two have both had nine UFC fights since their last meeting and shared similar success.
Stout has gone 5-4 with his most recent outing a decision loss to Thiago Tavares at UFC 142.
Fisher has gone 4-5 and he too last stepped in the cage against Tavares in a losing effort at UFC 134.
Regardless of their past successes and failures, this trilogy match is sure to deliver fireworks and become an instant classic just like their last two meetings.

Great addition to that card, especially since AC is close to home, and I might have a chance to go. The first two fights were extremely entertaining.
this’ll be good!
Spencer is one of my favorite fighters..not afraid to bang…tons of heart, and really entertaining…plus he’s humble when he wins, and doesn’t make excuses when he loses.
