this was tough for me but i think shields is great fighter only losing to st. pierre cause dat guy is a freaking monster and then he lost to ellenberger cause a a quick ko while akiyama has been losing a lot. he might be better at welter but idk. well have to see
Definitely, I wonder if either will get cut if they lose?
I think Akiyama has way better stand up but I am unsure if he has a ground game. He hasn’t really used it in the Octagon, that might be his weakness. He also has a judo background and a pretty good chin. Idk if Sheilds can go back and forth with the crippler like Akiyama but he did survive the first rd in his fight with Hendo to decision him. Which is still a anomaly and fluke to me.

Two very skilled and exciting fighters,should be an awesome fight,gotta go with Frankie though,after those two comeback fights against Maynard the dudes got my respect!
Same here I got Frankie pulling another upset victory over a worthy opponent.
Frankie is tough but he fought Maynard twice! Ben Henderson is going to STOMP him! Ben is faster stronger and more well rounded..Henderson by SUBMISSION!
Edgar has alot of heart, but just the fact he NEEDED that heart so much against a guy like Maynard tells me the much better fighter Henderson will take the belt.
His heart will not save him against Henderson.
weno en parte tienes razon….pero todos sabe el espiritu y corazon que le pone edgar a sus peleas…!!ademas el tiene una mandibula de acero..como lo demostro con maynard..cuando el abia estado ya nockeado en el piso y 2 veces encima..se pudo para y consigui nockear a maynard…el tiene cosas q los demas no tiene…el pone todo en sus peleas…..y como una vez dijo el es 70% corazon.!!
