Two Fighters Out Of Strikeforce Challengers 19 With Injuries

With just nine days left until the Strikeforce Challengers 19 event kicks off, two of its participants have been forced off the card, including main event fighter Virgil Zwicker who was set to square off with the undefeated Lorenz Larkin.
Jerron Peoples, who was scheduled to fight Joe Ray on the evening’s preliminary card, has also been forced to withdraw with an injury.
According to Strikeforce officials, replacement opponents are currently being sought after.
Strikeforce Challengers 19 is set to take place from The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas on September 23 and will air live for free to Showtime subscribers.
