Tune in to BJPenn.Com Radio Tomorrow Night at 7pm with a Special Post UFC on Fox 5 Edition Featuring Liz Carmouche
BJPenn.Com Radio is back with a special Sunday night, post UFC on Fox 5 edition as hosts Bryan Levick and Mitch Ciccarelli will discuss the events fallout with three of MMA’s top journalists.
Damon Martin of MMA Weekly will kick things off and give his take on all that went down inside the Octagon at the key Arena in Seattle, Wa. There will certainly be plenty to talk about including what’s next for the winners and losers of UFC on Fox 5 and they will also discuss the three other events that the UFC is holding in the month of December.
Hitting second on Sunday night will be hardcore Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan Josh Nason of the Wrestling Observer and Bloody Elbow. Nason is also a freelance journalist for Fight Magazine and his opinions are always well thought out and is a welcome guest any time on the show. Nason has also become something of a world traveler recently with trips to Ireland and The UK where he met porn star Ron Jeremy.
Before we speak with our third MMA analyst of the night, Liz Carmouche will drop by to talk about her upcoming bout with Ronda Rousey at UFC 157. Carmouche will discuss the historical significance of being involved in the first ever women’s fight in the UFC. Rousey was presented a shiny new UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship from Dana White this week and Carmouche will be looking to make sure it doesn’t stay in Rousey’s possession too much longer. Carmouche competed for the Strikeforce belt last March, but after battering Marloes Coenen for three rounds she was caught in a fight ending triangle choke at 1:29 of the fourth round.
The talented and equally beautiful Karyn Bryant of MMA Heat and Fuel TV will help close out the show with her thoughts on UFC on Fox 5. Bryant is without a doubt one of the most talented journalists in all of MMA as well as one of the hardest workers. In the short time she has been on Fuel she has certainly made an impact with her insightful commentary and great mind for the sport.
Tomorrow night’s show will begin at 7pm eastern.
