All fighters from last month’s The Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale passed their mandatory post-fight drug screen, according to Nevada State Athletic Commission Executive Director Keith Kizer.
Kizer confirmed that all 20 fighters from the event had been screened, and they all tested negative for performance-enhancing drugs and drugs of abuse.
The Nevada State Athletic Commission generally screens a selection of fighters that typically includes both main-event fighters, all fighters who won and any fighters who have previously failed a drug screening. NSAC is entitled to test any other fighter at random, and in the case of TUF 18 Finale, the commission tested all fighters.
The Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale took place on November 30 at the Mandalay Bay Events Cetner in Las Vegas, Nevada. Both Julianna Pena and Chris Holdsworth were crowned as TUF champions after their victories, and the main event saw lightweight Nate Diaz defeat Gray Maynard by way of first-round TKO.
