Yeah right an Olympian wrestler no talent. i have never even like King Mo and thought he acts like a douchbag but to say he has no talent is just pure ignorant. as a profesional he is responsible for everything he ingests he can afford to have someone look over it and buy the right stuff. so by taking tainted stuff he was juicing you cant use the excuse I didnt know there was roids in that when your a professional.
Sonnen was more JUICED than anyone ever has been in UFC history but most of you clowns could careless and refuse to REALIZE trhat is why he fought a mile over his head against Silva. instead you guys act like he beat Silva fair and square which couldn’t be further from truth. Even if Sonnen would have beat Silva it would have been overturned.

I don’t think he should have been fired for what he said on twitter unless Dana is paying him to have one. I also think that a suspension for a first time offender is appropriate even though he might have been abusing steroids for years.
Since Dana doesn’t or can’t follow his fighters around to make sure they are clean. Dana, should have his fighters send in blood samples on a monthly basis to a blood work expert (could be the Nevada Athletic Commission) who works specifically with the UFC/Strikeforce so we can eliminate all juicing.

yeah not saying your wrong at all juicing is cheating and cheating ruins sports but why does mma get picked on they get drug tested more then other sports and its not cheap I think if your ever caught offending maybe after your suspension you have to pay for your own bi weekly screenings or something but to ask dana or perfectly honest fighters to pay a crap ton to the athletic commisions or other companys is unfair when other sports have been juicing for longer breaking records and only getting caught years after the fact. Not that this sport doesnt have people getting away with it but why should it get picked on the hardest and have to pay the biggest price
I think they overcharged King Mo financially when they suspended him (39K). But, MMA is under the microscope because of their “no rules anything goes” past. They have a stigma and with a stigma comes intense scrutiny. Plus it’s one of the newer sports. Also, legit sports don’t allow their competitors to cheat.
All Dana has to do is choose the doctor in their state or city that the UFC trust and have the doctor send the fighters blood work or test results on a monthly or bimonthly basis to the UFC or NSAC to keep them clean. It’s that easy. HGH is the one that they will have a hard time regulating.
I think he should’ve been fined whatever he made while cheating so a third of that fight was less then he deserved but he’s undermining the sport. Like I said its not cost effective to make every fighter get drug tested all the time theres randoms and they do what they can. What do you mean legit sports dont allow them to cheat it happens everywhere to think MMA is the only sport that people get away with it isnt to believable to me. The stigma is old and outdated. alot of rules have been implemented its as safe as a combat sport should be at this time. mma is allowed in more states I just dont like that mma a growing sport is being picked on. I’m not saying your wrong all proffesional athletes should be tested for performance enhancing drugs every time they pee for all i care but its just not cost effective and to put UFC under the microscope is silly to me as well. just my oppinion
Sean, I respect your opinion to disagree but I think the Fertitas brothers can afford to pay for the consistent drug test of their fighters. They are worth a couple Billion together and they pay for the health insurance of somewhere around 500 fighters in the UFC… I’d have to look that up I don’t know the exact numbers.
Also I agree with you that the stigma is old but it’s only old because we are educated in this sport. Those new to MMA and those who are stubborn or ignorant probably still think that the UFC is the same sport that started in the 90s. Surprisingly compared to boxing most of my friends believe it’s too violent although they have never given the sport a chance.
Like I said before if you want a sport to seem legit you can’t have cheaters though I am sure Dana/Fertittas looks the other way with some fighters. Lets see if Josh Barnett makes it back into the UFC. He keeps getting busted for steroids.
The reason UFC is different, is you are not trying to break someone’s leg and elbow their nose through their face.
I dont agree that cheating matters more cause of the type of sport its cheating it undermines the validity of the whole thing whether its a guy cheating at chess or a roid freak in the mma its should be wrong either way and people should try to stop both of them. I see where the mma is more dangerous but mo hasnt killed anyone yet he just cheating people out of a fair fight.

A suspension would’ve been just…he supposedly purchased an over the counter supplement which is still on the shelf right now…plus I would like to see as many Strikeforce guys as possible make it to UFC just to see how they compete at the top level
