Roy Nelson Calls Out winner Of Kongo vs. Noguiera Fight | UFC News

Roy Nelson comments to Sherdog.
In his last bout Nelson breezed through Dave Herman at UFC 146 on May 26, 2012, with a 51-second knockout. The win got him back on track after his defeat to Fabricio Werdum at UFC 143, after the bout Nelson even contemplated moving down to 205.
Fresh off his victory over Herman in Vegas Nelson says he wouldn’t mind getting back into the mix of things as long as it’s a “money” fight. He already has a few fighters in mind.
“I just want a money fight. But if not, I’ve always wanted to fight [Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira]. I’ll take the winner out of Big Nog and Cheick Kongo. I’d love that fight. Of course JDS, Frank [Mir]. There’s so many out there. I’ll even take the little black guy on the UFC roster where it says TBA. Because if you’re in the UFC, you’re the best in the world. You can fight that guy and be the next title contender. Brock did it.”
Kongo and Nogueira both coming off losses are set to face off at UFC 149 on July 21, 2012, in Calgary. Alberta, Canada.

You know he went the distance with JDS right?!? I’d rather see a slugfest with Hunt but Kongo or Big Nog would also be a good match up with the winner facing Mir.
Werdum/Cain/Overoid are the next best HW’s after JDS and I don’t see any of the others in the division challenging these guys.
That’s not low aiming. Each top guy he has fought dominated him. Big Nog and Kongo would be bigger wins for him if he won. I don’t think he’d beat Big nog but he could possibly catch Kongo with one of those overhands..Kongo could also catch him. Interesting fights on paper though.
