Report: Tim Kennedy UFC Bound
It would appear as if Strikeforce middleweight fighter, Tim Kennedy has made the jump from Strikeforce over to the UFC.
While this cannot be confirmed 100% by either the UFC or Kennedy, UFC.com has put up his fighter profile on their website and Kennedy himself changed his employment status from Strikeforce to “The Ultimate Fighting Championship” on his personal facebook.com profile.
All clues would point to the fact that Mr. Kennedy is indeed the UFC’s latest Strikeforce acquisition.
Tim Kennedy is currently riding a two-fight win streak inside the Strikeforce cage. He boasts notable wins over the likes of Robbie Lawler, Jason Miller, Melvin Manhoef and Trevor Prangley with an overall MMA record of 14-3. His only recent loss came way of a title fight between him and “Jacare” Souza.
