Report: Machida VS Hendo Gets Shifted to UFC 157 | UFC News
Lyoto Machida and Dan Henderson’s Light Heavyweight match was originally scheduled for UFC 156 - February 2, 2013 in Las Vegas instead the bout will take place during UFC 157 – February 23, 2013 in Anaheim according to tatame.com
Henderson tore his MCL, forcing the cancellation of UFC 151 for the light heavyweight title shot opposite Jon Jones. Machida turned down the shot at the title for UFC 152 stating he needed more time. The light heavyweight kingpin, Jon Jones, will instead face Chael Sonnen next April after coaching opposite Sonnen on The Ultimate Fighter.
