Already available for Android, now the very popular Official Renato Laranja app is available via the IPhone App Store….and Caralho! It’s free.
The app features technique training videos from the 27 time BJJ World Champion, broken down by specific areas of the body. It also features a Fruits section with social media, calendar, video games, and a way to comment and leave messages. The Veggies section features diet info, an Ask Renato feature, a Caralho! Cam, a photo gallery, and more.
It is one of the most entertaining martial arts apps out there and it’s free for the Android and IPhone. Check it out.
