QUICK TWITT | White Eyes Year-End Show For Silva vs. Weidman II

In a talk with the Los Angeles Times, UFC President Dana white revealed that he is trying to put together a rematch between Anderson Silva and Chris Weidman for the UFC’s big year-end show.

Currently dubbed, UFC 168, the show is already expected to be headlined by a female title fight between Ronda Rousey and Miesha Tate.

The UFC boss however, is looking to move the ladies to the Super Bowl weekend card and put in what he described as ‘The Biggest Fight in UFC History’.

If Silva doesn’t want a rematch, how could this ever happen.

    • Night-Wing says:

Because Silva doesn’t turn down a fight if Dana gives it to him, that’s how. Shall we take a look back on the Sonnen rematch? Because he didn’t want to do that either and it still happened.

  2. GotMilk says:

Wait a minute, the belt changed hands, Dana must be having second thoughts about ending his exploitation of the Brazilian market, and rewarding his paper tiger former champion with a 10 fight contract from Kmart.

  3. GRT 3000 says:

sweet – then we can see the fight the Silva doesn’t hand away being an arrogant ass.
