    Give him the fight!

    • The Dude says:

      I agree, but it’s a business too.

Too all those saying condit didn’t earn it, that’s irrelevant: if Kos knocks him off the UFC has no challenger. You might say, what about the winner of BJ vs Diaz…. no one wants to see BJ vs GSP III …not even me and I’m a die hard BJ fan

Kos can’t knock off possible title contenders, it’s bad for business, even if he will fight anyone on a weeks notice.

Kos needs to look at moneyweight fights. Shields- Tito- Leben, loser of BJ vs Diaz, (or winner if Bj and GSP both win their next fight)

  2. SanSooRob says:

    Let’s get it on!!!!

  3. Fortyb4five says:

Kos baby! Lets do this give him the fight kos will knock him out.

  4. 3ric says:

Id let them fight. Imho Condit doesnt deserve to wait, hes not the no.1 contender.

    • laynpray says:

exactly, condit did nothing to earn this title shot. he should have to have at the very least 1 more fight against a top contender.

    • JOHN says:

true, he only layed out dudes gsp couldnt finish and up and coming prospects that were steamrolling opponents like rory mcdonald… and he was only champion once before.

      • al says:

the people hating on condit are fucking stupid.. he knocked hardy in the 1st round when gsp couldn’t finish him in 5 rounds and then knocks out another top contender

        • mmaislandjunkie says:

gsps best opponent since bj is condit. look at the track records of everyone else. thiago got schooled by story, shields got ktfo by ellenberger, koscheck been ktfo by thiago, and hardy get owned by anyone not names gsp. gimme a break, condit is serious.

    • JOHN says:

      BACK OF THE LINE CONDIT!!!!!

  5. daKang says:

Let Koscheck have Condit, k.o. either way! This would have fireworks all over it & can only enhance a card without a title match.

  6. mmaislandjunkie says:

    let kos fight fitch!

  7. Rusk says:

Bah GSP is out with a knee, Condit will be waiting till March/april

  8. JGrenke says:

I’d pay to see it . . .come on Uncle.

  9. Mike Hunt says:

yup Kos can fight Fitch first, good caa Junkie

  10. Nick says:

Give it to him. If Condit doesn’t take it, I see it as a bad move. If he does he’s going to gain respect. If you’re really the number one contender you should prove it, and if you lose, you just proved you didn’t belong there in the first place.

    • JOHN says:

I know that your logic seems right to you, but it really isn’t. It’s quite ridiculous to be honest. There are many other things to consider taking a fight besides winning and moving on to the next opponent.

  11. tim says:

penn will get next fight with GSP

    • mmaislandjunkie says:

when 2013? gsp only fights once a year nowadays and condit is his only scheduled fight for 2012.

      • Grant N says:

Isn’t it 2011? And didn’t GSP fight in like April at UFC 129? this would’ve been his second fight this year. I think it’s more accurate to say he fights every six months, not once a year.

    • brandon says:

do you really want to see gsp beat the shit out of bj again. hell, he had to throw in the towel in there last fight he got beat so bad

  12. Eric says:

KOS VS CONDIT!!!!! THAT WOULD BE SICK!!! COME ON DANA GIVE THE FANS WHAT THEY WANT!

  13. Zach says:

did you guys even read the post!?!? it says Condit is waiting for GSP, this isnt Danas decision. Read the damn post!!

  14. JC says:

    Koscheck vs Sonnen

  15. BJPennrules says:

Do it!, let Kos fight Condit!

  16. Jro says:

I agree, give him the fight. Condit wasn’t the true no.1 contender for this fight anyway, so how can he be still if Diaz were to win again?

I never agree with fighters sitting out to wait for title shots. Hasn’t worked out too well for Fitch of Rashad when they’ve done it. JDS decided to fight rather than wait and he’s got another title shot coming up. Man up Condit, take the Koscheck fight.

  17. ThaGreenBandit says:

    Ballsy on Kos’ part!

  18. Jackson220 says:

Kos truly does step up and fight anyone at short notice!! You can understand Condit not wanting to fight anyone but GSP but he will definitely lose respect! I mean it was GSP and Diaz, Condit got it by default!! I think if he fights Kos and beats him he will prove that he is the number 1 contender, but he doesnt want to lose this opportunity.

Its tricky situation though, if Kos beats him and he could very well beat him, I dont see Dana putting on GSP and Kos 3. So it makes sense not to fight Kos at this point! I think if Condit dethrones GSP, Kos could get another shot at the title against Condit?

I just think Condit doesnt want to lose this opportunity which is fair enough. Have there been any other fighters who where in a title fight and then took another fight on short notice because of the champion being injured?

    • JOHN says:

DIAZ GOT THE TITLE SHOT BY DEFAULT! Fuck all of you fucking fag diaz fans who spew so much BULLSHIT!!!! Condit has earned this shot a million times over nick diaz who is gonna get destroyed consistently until he gets the boot once again.

  19. Kos v Condit.. If Kos gets lucky and wins does he fight the winner of Bj v Diaz or what? I’m pretty sure Kos don’t want any of The Saint after the orbital damage!

  20. Craig j says:

Fuck all you condit haters, the guy has fought top guys and finished them all (except ellenberger) I can’t see anyone in the WW division who deserves it more.
