Quick Twitt | Josh Koscheck Confirms Diaz Camp Wants Fight | UFC NEWS
UFC welterweight fighter Josh Koscheck confirmed recently through twitter that Nick Diaz coach, Cesar Gracie, contacted him to try and put together a fight in February.
Diaz is still currently serving out a suspension handed down to him by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

For all the trash talk, that was a pretty boring fight. No reason to think Kos would try anything different against a beast like Nick Diaz…(the only difference is that Diaz has a killer guard and can sub & transition from his back).
if they stay on thier feet…diaz by tko (diaz will break the other side of kos’ face), if kos takes him down…diaz by submission…
Kos will get smashed in this fight but I give Kos credit for fighting anytime/anywhere.
War Diaz War! I like both fighters and this matchup would be awesome. Would like to hear from the Diaz camp directly instead of KOS talking this into being. I live in the 559 or central cali’s “NO” and think that KOS hasn’t been the same since GSP. After all the talk and hype I thought I was going to see the best KOS and not perform the way he did. He was shut up by a jab and he seems to only fight now to win. After BJ beats down Rory…give him KOS next IMO. I’d rather see Nick fight the loser of GSP vs Condit…because I believe it’s going to be GSP. One love from the “NO”…can you see me now!
No way should Diaz take this fight. Nick is no position en route to GSP to take a fun fight for the fans! He gets the top of the totem pole and nothing less. I’m not over excited to see the winner of Kampman/Hendricks fight for the title. Give that winner to DIAZ!!! That’s what the fans want….

I agree it’s a nothing fight for Nick, your idea of him fighting the winner of theKampman/Hendricks fight makes sense. The other fight that makes sense is Nick taking on the winner of the Penn/MacDonald fight anything less and he’d be short changing himself.
