Agreed … These guys sound more like sisters now, than brothers. I personally think it’d be a good matchup stylistically but jones would come out on top at the end. He’d eventually end up clippin him nd he rest is history. We all know Rashad can’t take a damn wiffle ball to his head without him doing the wet noodle dance. WAR Bones ! Whenever they fight ..
I’m a Jones fan, but his swift personality change after winning the belt kinda makes me wanna jump off the bandwagon. I can’t though! Dude is talented and dangerous as hell, and ANYONE who faces him has a steep uphill battle. I’m not a fan of Rashad’s personality either, but I’m not watching a contest of likable personalities, so I’m going with Jones. He’s just so damn dangerous, and we’ve never seen him in trouble. Youth, plus freakishly long reach and the ability to use it, plus the fact that he seems to be comfortable everywhere, has be picking jones the winner when those two finally meet. BUT, he better not sleep on Rampage, cuz dude can still knock the head off an ox!

But I can’t deny respect for their skills. Especially evans coming back as d old evans. New evans/KO’d by machida evans got boring runnin or layin around n not fighting.

rashad has only been ko’d once by Machida so we can’t really say he doesn’t have a chin. The only other time I can recall him being in danger of getting KO’d is when Rampage caught him but couldn’t finish.
What about the time Thiago Silva had him hurt and couldn’t finish him? LOL
obviously I didn’t recall that one. But still, Thiago and Rampage are known for KOing people and they still didn’t finish him. There’s no shame in getting rocked by either one of them. Machida on the other hand made him look like a dead fish out of the water.
Machida put the fear in him of getting tagged. Thaigo and Rampage just reminded him of that. That’s why his fights with both Thiago and Rampage had him running around in circles, half hearted strikes, and takedowns. He was just trying to win on points. He was scared to stand and throw down like he used to. But he did redeem himself in the Ortiz fight. He moved forward, not in circles and he went toe to toe. That’s the Rashad I know, that’s the Rashad I had respect for. You can be a complete douche bag, but if you fight consistently like that with all your opponents, and put on a good fight, you have my respect as a fighter.

I used to be a fan of Jon Jones but I can’t stand him now. The thing that first made me realise how arrogant he is was when he signed “Champion 2011″ before he even faught Shogun. I REALLY hope Rampage KHTFO in spectacular fashion, that would make me VERY happy. If Rampage connects flush even once its nighty night and Jon Jones hasn’t been hit hard in the UFC so until that happens who knows what will happen. He might be like Brock and just turtle up.
Rampage barely beat Hamel..Give me a break. Jones by decision.
