This was tweeted a few days ago and is it really a surprise? I don’t think it was really an issue whether Greg would corner Bones or not.

  2. Mike McMack says:

Greg should only step back when he’s got two guys at his gym fighting each other. Other than that he should corner his guys.

We all knew this, Jackson has no loyalty. He was rashad’s step dad for so many years and kicked his ass to the curb like a cheating girlfriend.

  4. brian evans says:

greg jackson sucks ass we want to see fights not point fights thats what he did with carlos condit made him fight a points fight sure he won but thats not a fight nick diaz goes there to fight and finish diaz was scared to death to fight diaz if everyone came into the octogon to play point fights no one would watch them

    • Sweet game plan says:

Bullshit!!!! The true mma fans would watch them..this is a sport, not rock em sock em robot.. You guys that what to see two fighters go in and swing til someone gets KO. Are trying to change it from mixed martial arts to street fighting..that will never happen.. That’s why the Japan fans say majority American fans don’t know what the true meaning of mma is.

      • baldy says:

@sweetgameplan very well said…you to see wanna be a couple hood rat, wannabe gangsters streetfighting you can go to youtube. the only reason there’s still a ufc is because they changed it from a specticle to a sport.
@brian evans… for the last time, condit didnt run the whole fight…in and out, stick and move has been a strategy in all martial arts (including boxing) for cenuries. the counter for that strategy is to cut off the ring, make less space for your opponent to move in. obviously diaz and his corner team either couldnt or chose not to make that adjustment…not condits fault. get over it!!!!!

    • Twatty Mc.Twatface says:

Jon Jones is a point fighter? really?

    • jonsey says:

i agreeee….i dont fukin care diaz won that,….the score the fight on octagone control an aggressivness ..and effective strikng….it is impossible to win the first 2 when your moving backwards,,,u aint conroling shit and being aggressive…total bullshit call..funny the same loser taht say that is just mma and u not a true fan are teh same losers crying when thwere is a boring card with all guys fighting safe ,,,fukit

  5. Christian says:

@MMA Is My Religion., Greg didn’t kick Rashad out dumbass Rashad chose to leave when he found out he was going to fight Jon Jones.

  6. Jonesblowsbones says:

Doesn’t matter anyways jones can have Obama in his corner, reshad is going to kick his ass no matter what.

  7. Ninja Oreo Dollop says:

I wonder what would happen if Jackson wasn’t there. Jones has a weak mental game.

  8. cody says:

yeah whats the big deal rashad left jj didnt it would be messed up if he wasnt there for jj but gj seems like he doesnt have much loyalty hes all about the benssss

  9. sweetgameplansgfisagoodfuck says:

What poll did you see that Japanese people took on there version or reasoning of what “real mma” is dipshit?
That’s why rampage has lots of fans in Japan. He’s definitely a point fighter huh?
If point fighting is real mma, an that’s what true mma fans want then the sport would eventually go down like wwe an nobody gives a fuck about because they font wanna see Greg Jacksons fighters run from there opponents an lay an pray the whole fight. Mma will start losing fans an it will ruin the sport.
Nobody wants to see point fighting. I wanna see two people go into a cage a try an k.o eachother or try an be aggressive with submissions, with the rules they have in place that keeps it from bein a street fight type deal.
People got into mma because of the old school brawlers an submission artists who take limbs out the cage with em’
The only changes your talkin about Thats goin on in mma is the new era of Greg Jacksons fighters point fighting.
    Bj Penn a point fighter?
    Chuck a point fighter?
    Matt Hughes, rich, bonner, Franklin.
The guys that built the ufc to what is today weren’t point fighters. So tell me how were wantin to change the sport. Douchebag

Fuck Greg Jackson and that stupid look he always has on his face.

  11. mma is my religion. says:

Point fighting is lame ass hell.

  12. mma is my religion. says:

I can’t believe that guy “sweet game plan” said he watches mma for the points. What the fuck is up with dudes these days.

  13. wow says:

whats with all you morons calling Jackson’s camp point fighters? I can name a LOT of Jackson fighters who go in there to finish, Diego Sanchez even won fight of the year twice and Jon Jones won fighter of the year last year finishing every fight.

So when you criticize Carlos Condit for his strategy against Diaz, try to remember his last 3 fights which he finished, his huge finishing rate, and the fact that he was able to expose the hole in Diaz’s game. We don’t watch the sport for point fighting, but if you aren’t trying to win each round then you aren’t fighting properly.

  14. mma is my religion. says:

You fight to finish the other guy not to score points. Good mma fighters are well rounded. They have good submittions, takedowns and bjj. Just because you can knock a mother fucker out doesn’t make you a gangster on youtube you stupid fucks. Your a stupid fuck if your throw a kick or punch to score a point and not to hurt the other guy.
