You can’t train to take a punch… You can get hit in sparring and work on your neck, but at the end of the day when you get rocked, you get rocked and that’s that.
Golden Glory so butthurt lol. How did he take a beating like a bitch? He took like 7 big shots before going down. Pretty sure Dekkers wouldn’t even make it out of the 1st round in the UFC. GG just bitter their cash cow left their crooked gym. And since when does talking tough before a fight damn a guy? A lot of fighters talk up a fight. Guys need to stfu and move on. Overeem didn’t get schooled he just got tko’d. Happens to every fighter eventually.
