Sounds good to me. Big fan of Barry even though he’s lost so many times. His fights are always entertaining , just not that long! lol.
Change the outcome of the Crocop and Kong fights, where Barry actually looked good before losing, and his record would be a respectable 6-3.
Barry can get paid and not risk getting released from the UFC because he would actually be helping out Zuffa (and the fight would not be a UFC fight anyhow).

He most definitely has the striking power and skills to drop him. I think that Cormier would fall back to his wrestling after he got kicked once or twice.
Cormier wants this fight to see where his stand up is and if Pat’s stand up is better, then Cormier is just gonna take him down and GnP him. Picking a a stylistically advantageous match up for himself. He should of tried callin out Overeem since he’s the TRUE Strikeforce champ.
I think calling out Barry is a good callout….I myself think Cormier is a force but let’s see how he does against UFC competition….Barry would be a good welcoming fight to see where he actually ranks and how good he is
He wants too test his striking with the elite in the UFC and of course he knows it’s a safe move for him because if he can’t hang he can out wrestle him always. But this guy is the best hw in the world. He knows it but has no confidence in his self at same time. I hope he gets over this soon

I think that both guys Cormier and Berry want a pay check, which is normal.
I hope they’ll get a good payday, especially Barray, because he has no chance to win this fight.
But in my opinion, Carwin will get injured and a fight between Nelson and Cormier would be very interesting, and a very good test to Cormier.
