it's great you have a coach that has taken you to the next level. I am interested in hearing what he has done with you already. The way I train and have trained some of my athletes is using a variation of the Westside Method but I tailor it more for athletes. My programs on a weekly basis cycle a strength, power, and conditioning session. This way I make sure to hit all aspects of training. I usually include squats, deadlifts and cleans into my programs. I also like to know when you are training in the technical aspect of the fight game so I don't overtrain you in the gym. I am all for helping you out even working with your trainer to help you get even better.
