About Me:

Aloha! My family and I live in Hilo, Hawaii. Although pretty far off the beaten path, Hilo is GREAT! I use to be heavily involved in athletics. MMA wasn't real popular when I was in school so...basketball, softball, volleyball and track were primarily the sports I played. But, I was known to play whatever sports was available either for organized teams or casual kine. A gnarly volleyball knee injury sidelined me for a while though but, it doesn't dampen my spirits or my love for sports. I took my son to an early MMA fight here in Hilo around 2001-02 and, we were both instantly hooked!!! It was an enlightining experience to say the least. Now both my kids train at BJ Penn MMA and they love it!

Music (especially playing my guitars), Football, MMA, Baseball, Swimming/Surfing

I like lots of different styles of music from Hawaiian to Rock. Examples: All American Rejects, The Eagles, Bradda Iz, Sudden Rush, Mixjah and contempary Christian tunz etc...

Forrest Gump, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle

Favorite Television Shows:

South Park, Family Guy, That 70's Show, Scrubs ( I like more humor than drama type t.v.)

Books = Stephen King novels; Magazines = People, Sports Illustrated, MMA Hawaii

Gotta give a shout out to God, my Mom, My Kids/Hubby and, of course...BJ Penn & Ohana
