BTW, sweet potatos is the most nutritious vegetable in the world...ranked #1 beating out every vegetables you can think of and I found out that the Ironman athletes snack on them before and after their training as well as replacing them with rice and regular potatos. Send message to BJ, hoping it would help him out. Just wanna share that with you cause we been farming sweet potatos for years.

man i cant wait to get back , i miss everyone over there. looks like the gym is getting snaped back into shape atleast. hey you should remind B that stanely as all that great footage i took on a trip where i interviewed some of the top people for bjpenn.com they just never did anything with it. i got interviews with rex barrum from gracie barra honolulu, dave camarillo when i stoped by san jose's aka gym then leo vieira in long beach lucas liete in la habra and chris franco. along with like a technique they went over in class the day i went. its great stuff and stanely has it. i would put it up but i wouldnt know how to chop it up and make it look good for the website like them. this is one of them i posted on youtube. but i dont want to post the rest on there i think they belong on bjpenn.com since mr penn funded most of the documentary http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I5KKbXjWEfs

Mr.Callos I love how those kids are improving so fast. I'm in the early stages of fixing up my Garage so I can begin teaching my kiddos Boxing and Muay Thai. Those videos are giving me so much inspiration. Thanks For Sharing and God Bless- James Ryan

aloha tom, i deleted the white belt cronicles, no one seemed intrested, my son is 15 and im 40 we both just started traing in jiujitsu and i thought it would be cool to get tips on drills, training and when it comes to offense and defense where you should be at the end of your white belt transition to blue. im sure everyones going to have a different opinion,but i think it would be cool to to hear what everyone has to say.
