something my sensei(s) will never know

ok i have two senseis called simon and joe
they will never know that i look up to them more than teachers , more as fathers. i never met my father. but them two are great role models, without them i wouldnt be the fighter i am now.
they will never that but i am sure theres many people feel the same about there sensei

monday:
gym 8:30am to 11am - jujitsu 6pm to 9:30pm

Teusday:
all round sports 9am to 11am - gym 3pm to 6pm

Wednesday:
gym 1pm to 3:30pm - M.M.A 6pm to 7:30pm

Thursday:
gym 3:30pm to 5:30pm - out door jogging 7:30pm to 8:45pm

friday:
interval training 12pm to 1pm - M.M.A 6:15 to 8pm

saturday:
gym 9am to 11pm - M.M.A 1 to 2:15

Sunday: (rest)
flexibility and neck workout
